This book works for me. I love sandwiches. Love that there are sandwiches with bacon in this collection, too. I'm ready to try the Vegetable and Hummus Flat Bread Sandwiches. Might as well be adventurous, but the traditional egg sandwich will always call.
Man.. this book is awesome! The author shares some really cool and creative sandwich ideas that range from beef, fish, egg, veggie, bacon, and the list goes on. There's a ton of tasty ones. I especially enjoyed the "aparagus and salmon" sandwich. Great recipes that are both quick and healthy!
